Senior Project Analyst, Legislative-Citizen Commission on Minnesota Resources (LCCMR)

The Senior Project Analyst will assist the 17-member LCCMR with its Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund project proposal and funding process as well as its project oversight responsibilities. Work is primarily conducted through information-gathering, planning, evaluation of project work plans, and analysis of natural resource issues.

Position Summary:
Assist the LCCMR in making recommendations to the legislature for $50 million (current) annually for natural resource projects statewide, using various funding sources, primarily from the Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund (ENRTF). Monitor funded projects for progress, compliance and outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge of environment and natural resources issues, experience with project planning and management, and excellent verbal and written communications skills. Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, natural resources, or a related field and five years of relevant experience.

This is an unclassified, non-partisan, full-time, and benefits-eligible position with a salary range classification of $64,029 to $116,782.
