Co-Chair Heintzeman convened the meeting at 8:35 a.m.

1. Approve the minutes for June 19, 20, and 21, 2018

MOTION: Commissioner Faber moved to approve the minutes for June 19, 20, and 21, 2018 - motion prevailed.

2. Members report potential conflicts of interest regarding today's business

Commissioner Reese reported a conflict of interest for ENRTF ID: 196-EH, "Modeling Energy and Environmental Roadmaps for Minnesota Communities", City of Morris, Blaine Hill.

3. Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund 2019 Proposal Presentations (FY20) - see attached schedule (subject to change)

4. Lunch

Members recessed at 12:15 p.m. and reconvened at 12:50 p.m..
