2010 Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund Recommendations
Approximately $26 million is available for 2010 funding from the Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund. In response to the LCCMR's 2010 proposal process, 240 proposals requesting a total of approximately $163.8 million were received. After full consideration of all proposals received, on October 14, 2009 the LCCMR selected 48 projects to be included in its appropriation recommendations to the 2010 Minnesota Legislature. These recommendations ranged from full funding for the full project and dollar amount requested to partial funding for specific project elements and partial dollar amounts requested. Project managers of proposals recommended for funding will be contacted individually regarding the parameters of their project's allocation recommendation.

NOTE: In some cases projects received a funding recommendation at a different dollar amount than was originally requested. LCCMR staff are currently working with all project managers to obtain detailed work programs explaining the work that will be done at the specific dollar amount recommended. As a result, the activities described in some of the proposals linked below reflect what was requested to fund rather than what is being recommended. The revised activities will be reflected in the project work program, which will be posted here by early January.
