| Tom Cook of Greenfield, retired in 2009 as the President of Elkay Manufacturing Company's cabinet division which is headquartered in Waconia. Tom held numerous executive positions with Elkay and Tonka Corporation. He has extensive business experience with fast growth companies, acquisitions, and business turnaround challenges. He is a member of the Greenfield Planning Commission, Pheasants Forever, the National Rifle Association, Ducks Unlimited, and a past board member of the Waconia Chamber of Commerce. He served as the first Director of the Environmental Stewardship Program (ESP) for the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army. Cook will serve a term that ends January 6, 2014. Appointed by the Governor. |
