David Hartwell of Minneapolis is President of Bellcomb Technologies, the largest producer of structural honeycomb panels for industrial applications in North America .  He is on the boards of the National Audubon Society, the Land Trust Alliance, the Land Trust Accreditation Commission, Mississippi River Fund and Minnesota League of Conservation Voters.  He also is the President of Belwin, non profit with 1,200 acres in Afton, MN which operates an Environmental Learning Center for St. Paul Public Schools, an aggressive habitat restoration program, a large athletic complex and several other programs.  Additionally, he is involved in numerous other profit, not for profit and philanthropic organizations.  Hartwell will serve a term which ends January 4, 2010.
